In 1982 Paul was apprenticed to FAJ O'Hare, Solicitor and Lloyd's Sole General Rep in Ireland. Paul qualified in 1985.
In the early part of his career Paul specialised in Insurance Defence work for Lloyd's and the London Market.
He then expanded his areas of practice into Media, Telecoms and Employment law.
More recently he has focused on defamation and Tribunal work.

Anne Marie joined Meagher Solicitors in 2005 and practices in the areas of conveyancing and litigation
Anne Marie was apprenticed in a General Practice where she gained considerable experience in all areas of law to include conveyancing, criminal law, family law, probate and taxation.
With a particular interest in property Anne Marie has extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of residential property. She also advises in relation to commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant issues and re-financing of property.
Anne Marie worked on secondment in the telecommunications sector where she advised in all legal matters pertaining to site acquisition to including leases, licences and planning issues.

Barbara joined W.G. Bradley & Sons as a legal secretary in 1985 and worked as secretary to Paul and Consultant Mr. Frank O'Hare.
Barbara took a break in 2000 to bring up her two children and subsequently returned to Meagher Solicitors in September 2005. Barbara's previous work experience includes Dáil Éireann, Roger Greene & Sons, Monks & Gaynor Solicitors, Marcus A. Lynch.

Barbara was educated at Maryfield College, Griffith Avenue, Dublin.
With a special interest in employment law, Theresa joined Meagher solicitors in 2004 as an apprentice and qualified in 2008.
Theresa is involved in all areas of practice with a special interest in employment law. Theresa advises on all aspects of the employment relationship to include the management of ongoing employment issues, issues surrounding the termination of employment relationships, advising on redundancies, fixed-term legislation and grievance and disciplinary proceedings. Theresa regularly attends the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunal Hearings and Rights Commissioner Hearings and has acted for the employer in successfully defending High Court Injunction Applications.
She has extensive litigation experience, including alternate forms of dispute resolution to include mediation and has been involved in mediation in both employment law and general commercial litigation.
She is also experienced in defamation and media law and advises on all aspects of pre and post public matters to include, defamation, contempt and regulatory issues.

Kim joined Meagher Solicitors in 2005 while on work experience from her Undergraduate Business Studies Degree course in Dublin City University.
Kim spent one year working as a junior legal secretary/law clerk before returning to DCU to complete her degree.
Kim returned to Meagher Solicitors in 2009 and began her solicitor's traineeship. She qualified in April 2011.
In her time with the firm Kim has been involved in all aspects of practice in Meaghers and assists all solicitors in the running of their cases. She has a special interest in personal injuries litigation, insurance defence work and debt collection.

Gillian began her apprenticeship in 2002 with Paul Meagher at WG. Bradley & Co Solicitors. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. She also holds a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing.
Gillian managed a team on secondment with a major telecoms client for a number of years advising on all aspects of commercial leasing and licensing together with right of way issues and general planning issues.
Gillian has considerable experience in general litigation, in particular including professional indemnity litigation, personal injuries, contractual disputes and employment law.
She is also experienced in defamation and media law and advises on all aspects of pre and post publication matters to include defamation, contempt and regulatory issues.

Since it's establishment in June 2004 Jennie has been the practice manager for Meagher Solicitors, responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Practice.
Jennie joined W.G. Bradley & Sons in 1995 as a Legal Secretary. She attended DIT and graduated as a Legal Executive in 1999. Later, in 2003 she obtained a B.Sc.(Mgmt Law) from University of Dublin, Trinity College.
In June 2004, when Meagher Solicitors was established, Jennie became the Practice Manager and is now responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Practice.

Sinéad joined Meagher Solicitors in June 2004. After a couple of years working in the firm, Sinéad decided to return to college part-time where she completed a BA in Law.
For the first three years of her employment with Meagher Solicitors, Sinéad worked on a telecommunications project where she was situated in-house with one of Ireland's biggest mobile phone providers. She acted as a legal executive and gained considerable experience in acquisitioning sites, drafting lease/licence agreements and dealt with many planning authorities.
Presently, Sinéad works on the front desk in Meagher Solicitors and works alongside the solicitors of our firm as a Legal Executive.

Michelle joined the firm in 1994 as a Legal Secretary.
Michelle is currently Paul's Executive P.A., and works exclusively with Paul as part of the firm's team at the Moriarty Tribunal of Inquiry.
Susanna joined Meagher Solicitors in 2006 having previously practised as an attorney in California for 2 years, where she gained extensive litigation experience as a defence attorney, specialising in product liability and toxic tort litigation.
Susanna is a litigation solicitor, specialising in defence litigation, commercial litigation and professional indemnity litigation, to include the defence of solicitors, engineers, architects and accountants. Susanna is also experienced in personal injury litigation and in medical negligence litigation. Susanna also has experience of alternative methods of dispute resolution and has represented many clients at mediation.
Susanna also practices in the area of employment law and advises employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship including contentious and non-contentious matters. She also has considerable experience in defamation litigation.

Fergus joined Meagher Solicitors in 2006 as a legal executive, having previously worked in the insurance industry for 5 years. He was later apprenticed to Paul and qualified as a solicitor in 2009 .
In his time with the firm Fergus has been involved in all areas of work, including litigation and probate but focuses in particular on employment law, media law and professional indemnity defence work where he has worked with international and domestic clients. Fergus has also gained extensive experience in the telecommunications industry during a period of secondment to a market leader in the area. In addition he is a member of the firm's team at the Moriarty Tribunal of Inquiry.
